We are attempting to upload the program "webgility" to our website. Everything is set to go except we encountered an error. Here is what I received from webgility;
"The Mcrypt was enabled just fine but when I spoke with your employee we ran into another issue. I have attached a screenshot of the error message we got when trying to connect to the online store. Your employee informed me that when a user creates an order on your Ubercart store, the user does not select the shipping method. Instead, based on distance the choice of USPS or FedEx is chosen as the shipping method. The error message we got when connecting eCC to Ubercart was "Please enable Shipping Module". This error message occurs when there is no shipping method enabled in the online store, which eCC needs to capture/download data from.
Please forward this to your site developer and it is my recommendation that your developer give our support team a call to make sure that ubercart is ready for eCC integration. After everything is confirmed we can resume the installation of the ubercart store. "
We need to get webgility up and running with ubercart. I would like to somehow bypass the need for enabling shipping as we would like to be able to reserve the right to choose wether or not we sent it USPS or FEDEX. Is there a way to bypass this? I think the shipping module is on our site, we just have not enabled it. Please advise.
