Project Description: We are creating a simple professional website for a custom home builder to establish an online presence and showcase past work. This is not a complex site. We want a clean, modern, template-based site that can expand later. Look and feel similar to lostcreekco.com. Project Scope 1. Install and configure website platform (WordPress preferred, open to suggestions). 2. Select and customize a professional template/theme. 3. Create initial landing/home page quickly. 4. Build a small website including: o Home / Landing page o About page o Services or Company Overview o Portfolio / Project gallery o Contact page with contact form 5. Ensure site works well on mobile and desktop. 6. Basic SEO setup (page titles, meta descriptions). 7. Contact form delivering email to client. 8. Provide basic instructions so owner can maintain/update site. Content Client will supply: • Images and project photos • Logo and branding assets No copywriting or photography required. Hosting & Maintenance: We will handle hosting and ongoing maintenance internally after launch. Timeline: Landing page needed first, then full site completed on a normal schedule. No urgent rush required. Deliverables 1. Fully functional website 2. Responsive/mobile optimized 3. Editable by site owner 4.
