I am after someone to convert my PSD to a pixel perfect SCSS/HTML landing page, based on Twitter Bootstrap and built with Gulp. I will provide the PSD as well as the cutout png of all the assets required to build the page. Everything must have smooth animations, be coded and absolutely no text on images. The navigation at the top is to scroll with the page. It will initially have a transparent background, and as it scrolls further down the page and gets out of the dark area, it will have a background behind it appear. It is to also be mobile responsive, and the menu must reflect this. When on mobile, it should have a hamburger at the top left for a menu dropdown and on the right side of the navigation at the top, it will have a login button. Make sure all the buttons have animation/hovers and if you add some parallax scrolling animations, and they work well then we might have extra work for you in the future. I am a very picky designer and want to see my designs turn out well. So please make sure you can do high quality work, or do not apply. Attached is a copy of what the landing page looks like so you can give a accurate quote.
