Format pages using HTML + CSS

I am looking for an expert in CSS which is able to format pages.

1 masterpage + 5 content pages inheriting from the masterpage.

With the master page all the formatting basics will have to be implemeted so that all new pages added to the site get properly formatted (styles for buttons, links, hovers, etc...).

All .Net code is already done and I am not looking for a .Net developer but yes to an expert in HTML / CSS who can do everything you may imagine in CSS.

If you're not a guru in css, then please do not bid this post.
