design and code a html/css/js template

I need you to design a website for me.
the website logic will be based on card elements (various cards that can be interacted with.
all cards will be similar in structure but slightly different in styling (colour differences, nothing major).
the design will need to be mobile first.
I will then, once the design is approved, need you to code the design into a html/css/js template, based on a framework of your choice but using as few libraries as possible.
The design will be very minimalistic or border neomorphism. I want it to look like apple had designed it.
the design will include the following:
homepage
login / registration
single page (after clicking a card)
regular pages like contact, terms, data privacy and so on
account pages (profile, forms)
there is no ecommerce, therefore checkout pages will not be needed.
in addition to all that i will need you to code a newsletter template in html and css, based on the template.
logo and colours will be provided.
