Je recherche un ingénieur maîtrisant JavaScript, capable d'assister les utilisateurs par téléphone, de diagnostiquer les problèmes techniques sur ordinateurs et appareils mobiles et de les guider pas à pas dans leur résolution. Tous les appels seront gérés en français ou en anglais ; une parfaite maîtrise des deux langues est donc indispensable. Le poste est basé dans le fuseau horaire GMT+7 (Asie du Sud-Est). Cette superposition est essentielle car je propose une assistance téléphonique 24h/24 et 7j/7 avec nos équipes françaises et sud-américaines ; vous serez l'interlocuteur convivial et compétent que nos clients entendront en cas de problème. L'application actuelle est en production ([login to view URL] + [login to view URL]), mais nous prévoyons de vous demander dans un premier temps de collaborer avec notre équipe internationale sur une nouvelle version de ces deux applications front-end, incluant de nouvelles fonctionnalités. Vous serez alors parfaitement en mesure d'assurer le support technique de votre création. Important : Il s'agit d'une application en JavaScript pur avec manipulation du DOM HTML. Au quotidien, vous serez amené(e) à : • Tester l'application et implémenter de nouvelles fonctionnalités • Recevoir les appels et messages WhatsApp entrants via notre application web. Ces problèmes peuvent être liés à votre code ou concerner des voyageurs ayant besoin d'assistance suite à une mauvaise utilisation du service. • Reproduire le problème de votre côté, à l'aide des outils de développement du navigateur ou du partage d'écran à distance. • Guider l'utilisateur pas à pas vers la résolution du problème, ou ouvrir un ticket concis pour l'équipe de développement en cas de bug. • Prendre des notes succinctes en anglais sur les appels dans notre file d'attente Help Scout. Pour moi, la réussite signifie que les utilisateurs, sur ordinateur et mobile, quittent l'appel satisfaits, que leur problème est résolu ou clairement documenté, et que vous maîtrisez parfaitement les deux langues. J'occupe personnellement ce poste depuis deux ans et nous avons constaté une nette diminution des besoins en support, malgré l'augmentation du nombre de boutiques. That overlap is essential because I’m offering 24/7 phone support with our French and south-american teams; you’ll be the friendly, technically sharp voice our customers hear when something goes wrong. The current application is in production ([login to view URL] + [login to view URL]) but we plan to ask you in first place to work with our international team on a new version of those 2 front-end applications including a list of new features. Then you will be perfectly able to provide support on what you created. Day-to-day you will: • Testing the application and implement new features • Receive incoming Whatsapp calls and messages from our webapp. Those issues can be related to your code or just travellers who need support after missusage of the service. • Reproduce the issue on your side, using browser dev tools or remote screenshare. • Guide the user step-by-step toward resolution, or open a concise ticket for the dev team when a bug surfaces. • Keep brief call notes in English inside our Help Scout queue. Success for me means that users on desktop and mobile phones leave the call satisfied, the problem is either fixed or clearly documented, and both languages sound equally natural to you. I personnaly do this job since two years and we observed a clear reduction of supports needs even if the number of shops is increasing. You will be trained to provide support efficiently. A initial training would occure in France among our team. We want you as a real member of our team. This job is ambitious and rewarding. Even support is rewarding : We solve issues in a way that final customers would never have expected and they really let us know with warm thanks. the only drawback of this job is working also during saturday/sunday every two weeks.
