Subpages to be created

I am searching for some subpages to be made for an existing site, the layouts are pretty simple, and I have a very good idea of what I am looking for. There is no intensive graphic work, perhaps some small icons, but that would be extremely minimal.

Subpage 1: About Us - Looking for a subpage that will include information on the company, and it's staff, including pictures and an in depth bio about each of them.

Subpage 2: Advertising Information - this page will consist of a table made of CSS showing benefits of advertising and features of packages, as well as package information and displaying some sales sentences in regards to the benefits of advertising with us.

Subpage 3: a category subpage, should consist of 2 vertical columns for listings, and 2 horizontals taking up the entire box, with a slider at the top. (the slider part of this page is done already)

Terms and Conditions:

- all subpages must be made using CSS/HTML5 code, and easily integrated into PHP

- maximum of 50% milestone to be created, once some of the pages are made to satisfaction, it will be released

- all subpages can only use the left frame of the site's current design, the rest of the content must remain intact.

- time frame is very strict, if you quote 4 days, you are expected to adhere to that, as project is being planned around these pages.

- all subpage designs must come with unlimited revisions.
