Project Overview We are looking for a Zoho Expert to configure Zoho SalesIQ and Zoho CRM to automate our support/sales routing and establish a robust performance tracking system. The goal is to streamline customer interactions through our website and provide branch-level visibility on key sales metrics. Scope of Work 1. Zoho SalesIQ: Customer Support Bot Integration Bot Configuration: Develop and deploy a chatbot on our website to handle support inquiries. Ticket Logging: The bot must allow customers to log support calls/tickets. Direct Routing: Configure the bot so that these logs are pushed directly to the designated support staff (via Zoho Desk or Zoho CRM Cases). 2. Zoho SalesIQ: Branch-Specific Sales Routing Lead Capture: Setup the chatbot to ask users to select their nearest or preferred branch. Intelligent Routing: Based on the branch selection, sales inquiries must be sent instantly and directly to the Branch Manager of that specific location. 3. Zoho CRM: Branch-Level KPI Reporting & Dashboards We require custom reports and dashboard components that can be filtered by Branch. The following KPIs must be accurately tracked: Deals Closed: Comparison of the number of deals won vs. set monthly targets. Revenue Target: Dollar value of closed business vs. monthly revenue targets. Quote Follow-Ups: Percentage of quotes followed up within the defined SLA (e.g., 48 hours). New Opportunities Created: Tracking the number of new qualified opportunities added to the CRM per branch. Pipeline Hygiene: Tracking the percentage of deals updated weekly and identifying "stale" deals that have had no activity for more than X days. Requirements Proven experience with Zoho SalesIQ (Zobot) and Deluge scripting. Advanced knowledge of Zoho CRM Reports, Dashboards, and Analytics. Ability to set up custom fields and workflow rules to support the KPI tracking (specifically for SLAs and Pipeline Hygiene).
