Experienced Virtual Assistant – Organization, CRM & Admin (Remote | 20 hrs/week) Job Description We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Virtual Assistant to help structure processes, organize information, and support CRM, social media admin, and general administrative tasks. This is not just a task-based role. We are looking for someone who thinks in systems, priorities, and processes. Responsibilities • Organize and maintain the CRM (leads, stages, follow-ups) • Create and manage organization systems in Notion • Organize tasks, routines, and priorities • Provide administrative support • Assist with social media admin tasks (organization, scheduling, tracking) • Work with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) • Support web-based tasks • Basic use of VS Code (simple file editing — no programming required) Requirements • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant • Extremely organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Experience with: • CRM systems • Notion • Google Workspace • Web tools • VS Code (basic) • Strong written communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage priorities Job Details • Remote • 20 hours per week • Freelance / Contract • Long-term opportunity for the right candidate How to Apply To be considered, please include the following in your proposal: 1.
