Beyond communication, I’ll assign light operational tasks that must run through my rotating residential proxies. I’ll supply SOPs, LastPass-shared credentials, and a Trello board that keeps everything in order; you simply follow the steps and note completion. Familiarity with Google Workspace, HubSpot or Pipedrive, and Slack will make the workflow smoother, but I can train the right person. Near-native English, a warm phone presence, and reliable availability Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm EST are must-haves.
