I am using SuiteCRM that I installed using Installatron on Cpanel. I have a live database that I need help with to do the following - Incoming Email Outgoing email works just fine. However despite my best efforts, I cannot get it to check and receive incoming email. I want SuiteCRM to check and download email from a support email address, create tickets so that I can manage incoming requests. I have added accounts successfully, however SuiteCRM doesn't retrieve them for some reason. Cron job settings checked, no go!. - Customer Portal I would like the customer portal module installed - Mailings I would like someone to show me how I can send emails to a group of customers already created, but being able to use $data_tags to replace text. I have created email templates that go out when certain triggers occur (workflows) however I can't work out how to send an email 'on the fly' -
