2. IN REAL TIME BY THE SECOND RING Get Caller ID from Ring Central to Podio with a direct API, to look up a phone number and pull up that customer record with a standard out of the box CRM implementation
3. IN REAL TIME WITHIN 5 SECONDS Get Inbound Text Response from Ring Central to Podiio with a direct API, to look up a phone number and insert that response to the customer record.
