I’m looking to bring on an hourly assistant who can keep my real-estate investing operation organised while also keeping our Facebook page active and relevant. Day to day, you’ll be inside the CRM returning calls, sending follow-up texts, and making sure every lead is tracked and nurtured, warm calling and texting. Setting up Go High Level CRM as time opens. When you’re not managing those investor touchpoints, you’ll hop over to Facebook to draft and post fresh, engaging content that highlights current deals, success stories, and market insights. Previous Real Estate (Investment and management) experience highly recommended. Here’s what the role looks like in practice: • CRM upkeep – log new leads, update deal stages, schedule follow-ups, and flag any hot prospects that need my immediate attention. • Call & text follow-through – use our VoIP and text platforms to respond promptly and professionally, keeping conversations moving toward an offer. • Facebook content – create concise posts, select photos or graphics, and publish on a consistent schedule, always aiming for value-driven updates that encourage engagement. I already have templates, brand guidelines, and access credentials ready, so you can start producing results from day one. Reliability, strong written English, and previous experience with real-estate CRMs or similar pipelines will make you a great fit.
