A role has become available within our Media business to support our Coordinator in a administration tasks for a 3 month period to enter data into our salesforce CRM system that we are scheduling to launch in December. You will be required to demonstrate your outstanding communication skills, ability to work as part of a team and your high-quality work ethic.
• General administration duties
• Inputting information into salesforce CRM
• Checking existing data is correct
• Dealing with internal parties
What we are looking for:
• Intermediate in Microsoft Excel, word, (testing will take place)
• Positive working attitude
• Strong administration / processing experience
• Ability to multitask is a must
• Professional presentation
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
