Job Title: Lead Closer & Admin Assistant (Events) – Full-Time, Remote (India) Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Bonus per Converted Lead --- About Us: We are a Sydney-based events business creating premium, culturally rich experiences. As we scale, we’re looking for someone who can not only close clients but also help bring events to life behind the scenes. --- Role Overview: This is a high-impact role combining sales closing, client communication, and event coordination support. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, while also supporting planning and operations once deals are closed. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Closing & Client Conversion - Handle inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and calls - Understand client needs and recommend suitable packages - Confidently present pricing and close deals - Follow up consistently and manage the full sales pipeline - Track and update all leads in CRM or tracking systems 2. Event Coordination Support - Assist with event planning tasks post-booking - Coordinate timelines, client requirements, and deliverables - Communicate with vendors and internal teams - Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution 3. Admin & Operations - Prepare quotes, invoices, and booking confirmations - Manage calendars, schedules, and client records - Organize files, documents, and workflows - Identify inefficiencies and suggest automation improvements --- Requirements: - Excellent English communication (spoken & written) - Strong sales mindset with confidence in closing deals - Highly organized with attention to detail - Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools - Ability to multitask across sales and operations - Self-driven and proactive --- Bonus Skills: - Experience in events, hospitality, or wedding industry - Familiarity with CRMs, Google Workspace, Notion, or automation tools (Zapier/N8N) - Experience handling Instagram DMs and social media leads --- Compensation Structure: - Fixed base salary (depending on experience) - Performance bonus for every lead successfully converted - Additional incentives for achieving monthly targets --- Working Hours: - Full-time role from 9 am - 5 pm --- Who This Role Is For: Someone who enjoys the thrill of closing a deal and the satisfaction of seeing an event come together perfectly.
