we need a basic CRM / ticket system with the following specifications:
Customer support shall be able to send email to prospects out of system
All the email history shall be stored in the system
There must be possibility to upload files and make comments to the ticket (only internal that are not send to customer)
Customer support shall be able to create prospects in a customer database, they have contacted (by phone or email) and schedule a retargeting if required.
Once sales has generated a lead the ticket must be assigned to a specific member of the tech support.
There should be an option that tech support sees all the email history and an option that he only sees the internal comments.
There should be an option that tech support can directly communicate with customer and another option that tech support can only ask the customer support to email the customer.
We need a really basic system. We would prefer an open source system.
