ERP and CRM for artisan enterprises
We need a browser based ERP and CRM software for artisan enterprises.
Please share only ERP and CRM software for artisan enterprises, no basic ERP and CRM software.
Write us only if you have high skills in ERP/CRM software programing and if you have a good code qualitly and time / project management.
You can program a ERP/CRM from the scratch or use a open source ERP CRM for artisan enterprises and add the needed functions.
A short overview about features that we need:
1. Create a customer
a) After creating a customer with all information send a welcome email to customer.
b) After creating a customer, software need to create a folder on webspace with customer name and customer id, like this: root: \M\Mike-12345\
c) Create in this new folder automaticly this sub folder: offers, drawings, supplier.
2. Employee create a offer in ERP/CRM.
a) After creating a offer the ERP/CRM save the offer as PDF file on webspace folder „offers“.
b) Uploading a title image/ individual image for each offer
c) Employee can send email to customer from ERP/CRM with attached offer as pdf file or print it.
d) After creating and saving a offer ERP/CRM create a reminder to phone customer after 2 weeks.
e) Are special products in the offer, e.g. product XYZ, send a second email with pre defined Text to a pre defined email recipient.
3. After customer accept the offer:
Send offer confirmation / job confirmation email to customer or print it.
Depending which item is in the offer included ERP/CRM have different actions:
b) If Product is a stock item and not in stock:
Then ERP/CRM show two options: show product id and manufacturer contact details.
Second option is to send a order email to order product from manufacturer.
c) If product is a individual product, then send sketch from employee (are autom. Saved in “drawings” folder) to special email address with all job/offer details.
d) Plus we need a area to check all status from all ordered product: Which product is ordered? Which product is not ordered yet? Which product in in stock/arrived now? Are all product in stock now? -> Then go to next step.
4. Create a working plan / time sheet for craftsman:
Select a craftsman and which day / time he have to work. Select second crafts man and which day / time he have to work. After finished time table save the time table and show option to print it.
