I’m looking for an experienced admission counselor who can take charge of our graduate-level UG,PG cycle from first contact through enrollment. Your day-to-day will revolve around student outreach, personalized advising, and guiding each applicant through the full application review process until a final decision is issued. You’ll be the main voice prospective students hear, so an engaging communication style, strong follow-up habits, and solid knowledge of graduate admissions requirements are all essential. If you’re comfortable hosting virtual info sessions, managing a CRM, and translating a prospect’s questions into clear, reassuring guidance, you’ll fit right in. Key expectations • Proactive outreach to nurture new inquiries and convert them to applications • Thorough file review to verify completeness and recommend admission decisions in line with our policies • One-on-one counseling that helps candidates understand prerequisites, funding options, and next steps • Weekly status reports summarizing pipeline health (inquiries, applications, admits, deposits) I’ll provide all program literature, messaging templates, and access to our admissions portal.
