Write some Software

I need an expert in OMNET++ IDE simulator with INET framework to implement a network design I can provide and simulate DOS and DDOS attack against the network from inside and outside with and without firewall and show the network performance against attack with firewall and without firewall and how the network will be affected. I can provide the design of network , I tried to install NETA framework for OMNET++and INET but I was not able to compile it. Need an expert in such requirement to make some attack scenarios and its effect on network performance, my simulation is for SCADA ICS network and how it can be secured.
