I've got a uni project that requires me to tell the type of fish based on a video image.
Looking for someone who has done something similar.
I'm looking specifically for European Carp
The other fish that need to be compared against are Australian native fish such as Murray Cod, Silver Perch etc
Parameters to be used include shape of the fish, and pattern of scales.
Test for completion of task:
Load 100 images from Google images, 30 of carp, 70 of other fish. Software should return at least 80% positive result. Maximum 20% false positive results.
images provided are just samples from the internet, the test images will be of the same type.
Code needs to run on a Raspberry Pi
-images may be in different orientations
-test images are not the ones supplied, but will be in a similar format and resolution
Potential long term role (2 years) for successful completion
