Rebuild a c file to be run on freeDOS

Hi I have a c file(s) and dll/lib file I used previously to build a console app I now want to run this on freeDOS and when run it gives "This program must be run under Win32" so it needs to be compiled unfortunately the old borland environment I had are gone so need a programmer to setup and compile the source for me.
