I am the director of a new company that focuses on live events. I am looking for a software developer to design software that can capture and stream high quality audio and video in real time alongside other network protocols. This will be used for broadcast so all of these protocols will need to be synced with each other. I need to have the ability to add/remove audio and video inputs. This needs to be a modular piece of software which can work in any environment with any capture card, sound card and network card. The video input will be from multiple PCIE capture cards and the audio input will be via multiple sound cards. The software should synchronize all of the protocols and network packets so that the audio and video is in sync with other protocols. There is more information, however, an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) would need to be signed. Thank you.
