Hello Freelancer! I am in need of a basic yet flexible and easily extensible weapons system for a FPS game in Unreal Engine 4.9.2. This weapons system should be made completely with blueprint visual scripting.
I am looking for a basic affordable implementation that i may modify later - outsourcing this is to save me time. What you will need to provide is a system similar to many popular FPS's out there where the player has several "slots" for weapons, may switch between currently equipped weapons by scrolling, and they may swap same-slot weapons for each other that thy find on the ground/wall/etc.- EX. you can swap a shotgun for a rifle but not for a pistol.
Weapons should be implemented as a base blueprint for each slot that i may then create children of to create additional weapons for that slot later.
