UE5 - Creating a spline with start and end points matching actors rotation c++

Given I have two actors on screen WHEN the game starts a spline is created that creates a path between each of the actors. The start and end points of the spline must match the rotation of the actors creating a curved spline.

The actor's rotation can be different so the calculation of the tangents must be dynamically generated

I have added images to better demonstrate what I'm trying to accomplish.
