We are pursuing a big project for a government institution to automate its activities and digitalize old records. We need someone who can take the understanding of the project from us and write us a professional proposal. The proposal needs to be divided in two parts: The way it is operating now, the way it will operate in future after automation. We will provide you with all discussion we had with client and our understanding of the whole project.
The proposal needs to be explained with some "project related" creative writing as well to increase the quantity of the total documents. We would also need some diagrams related to the project. The work would be mainly for a technical writer who has experience on such system documentation. We did try to do this ourselves but we later thought of using a professional on this as its a big project and we dont have the right resource for a winning proposal.
