I have a client who is undergoing some rebranding, and a tidy up of company email accounts. Clients of this company need to be informed that contact email addresses are changing to create a more branded and unified company.
I need a form letter created, addressed to my client's clients advising them of these changes. The letter should be professional, not too wordy, but also reflect the notion that this change is in no way a company restructure, the result of anything negative, and that services will continue with the exceptional quality the customer expects. These email changes are only to have some continuity and unified branding, and we'd like their customers to know.
Letter needs to be generic, without sounding too impersonal.
