Rewrite webpage - HIGH quality expected

We are looking for a professional article rewriter with basic HTML knowledge.
We want to promote a clickbank product and need the original promotion site to be rewritten in a way, that google does not recognize it as duplicate content. The rewriting should therefore go halfway quick. The complete job shut be finished within 3-4 hours. The result HTML page should look similiar to the below mentioned page, but shorter and with rewritten content.

Most important is that the article should retain its promotional character meaning: please no brainless substitution of words, you have to think before rewrite. You do not have to completely rewrite the article, but there should be a considerable difference. IF YOU PLAN just to look for some synonyms pleases do not read on. This is a different type of task. For the actual rewriting we suggest a timeframe of 2 to 3 hours.
The delivery will be a single html page with all images bundled into a zip file.
Please do not waste my and your time if you are not 100% sure what to do. We are looking for future cooperation and have more jobs of that type. Please also mention if you are interested and have time for more.
REQUIREMENTS:
- native english speaker or very high capabilities of the english language
- basic HTML knowledge
- brain and a good feeling what promotion means
- no typos, no grammatical problems, the article must be perfect! No iteration loops, your delivery should be clean.
- independent work - after having established a contact and having possibly spoken about details, please work
on alone
TASKS:
- download the complete html page including all images with some tool, e.g. wget
* possible change the src attribute of the image so that it does not point the original page,
but to the images you downloaded. If you do not know how to do that, this job might be not the right for you.
- strip all videos or sections which are refering to the video
- srip java script rubbish, no need for that
- make the article much shorter, should take 1/2 to 1/3 of the original length
- rewrite and shorten all BUT retain the promotional character! When I read the rewritten article, I still want to buy the product at all costs :)
- retain the name of the author Dean Saunders, I am now Dean Saunders
- retain the HTML structure of the document, it is not necesarry to setup a new html page. Just shorten.
