Zabaware creates artificial intelligence software called Ultra Hal Assistant. Ultra Hal Assistant is software that can carry intelligent conversations with the user and assist with some organizational tasks. More information on the software can be found at [url removed, login to view] Currently the software has a 25 article help file that is outdated. Even though the help file states it is for version 4.5 of the software, much of the information pertains to version 2.0 and 3.0 of the software. You can view the current help file at [url removed, login to view] All 25 articles in the help file need to be updated describe the current version 5.0 of the software. Both the copy and the screenshots need to be updated. In addition 10 new articles need to be written to describe new features in the software. Zabaware is looking for an experienced technical writer and someone who knows how to use all the feautures in our software. The software may be downloaded free of charge from the Zabaware website. We would prefer a writer who can create both a windows help file and a html version of the documentation, but we will still consider bids of writers who are unable to do this.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
