## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

6. Please place the 2 topics each in their own separate
folders, so 2 folders, not all mixed into one folder, then
in each topic folder will be 2 additional folders one for
the .txt files and one for the .doc files
7. ARTICLE FORMAT- The 1st line in each article will be
the articles title, then a blank line and then start the
article.
Please leave a blank line between each paragraph.
The Last line of each article needs to be blank then on new
paragraph line add the letters PPPPP then a blank line
again and the (word count XXX) you replace the xxx with
the actual word count.
