improve converssion ratio

I want to improve my conversion ratio for my affiliate website [[url removed, login to view]][1] - I am currently converting adult friend finder at 1:82.

I am going to remove my message board as it has turned into a spam board and redesign my website, but before I do that I am hoping to work with someone to help me rewrite the content to improve my click through and conversion ratio. I am open to changing the content of my site entirely as long as I am seeing an improved conversion ratio when it is all said and done.

Your suggestions and expertise in this area is what I am looking for - previous affiliate experience prefferred. Attached is a 60 day snapshot of my website traffic and of the traffic that is clicking through to adult friend finder along with keyword and other statistics to help you to help me.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
