1)Provide technical support for all devices sold
2)Extensive follow ups of all sales inquiries RESULTING IN A SALE!
3)Setting up of an extensive FAQ answering all technical and service customer concerns.
4)Be knowlegeble and keep up to date with all the latest developments by surfing and PARTICIPATING in forums and newsgroups dealing in this industry.
5)MOST IMPORTANTLY INCREASE SALES BY YOUR PERSONAL RAPPORT WITH THE CLIENT!!
