Editing and Writing on existing eBook project

I am in the process of writing a 45-page real estate-oriented book on buying property with little or no money down. I am over 60% done with the manuscript and should be completed within the next few days. I've written most of the eBook but I need someone to proof/edit what I've written as well as write about an additional 5-6 pages on the concept of no money down deals. This is a how-to book so reference writing is a plus. All editing and proofing will be done in sections rather than receiving the entire manuscript at one time. The first part of the assignment will be to write the first page or two of my first chapter. I can provide that section of the manuscript and provide you a light outline.
