**Who is MI Academy**
MI Academy is a multi-award winning customised training provider. We combine strategy and training to help retailers transform their customer experience (CX), marketing, approach and impact. We specialise in:

In June of this year, MI Academy brought together 55 of Australia and New Zealand’s top retailers to reimagine a stronger and more resilient the retail model in the inaugural Retail HackGames.
Over eight high-energy days, the Retail HackGames saw teams of Australian and New Zealand retailers collaborate to find solutions to the industry-challenges that lie ahead.
During the collaboration process, our retailers pulled from the official HackGames Tech Directory to power their solutions with intelligent retail tech. From this experience, it became evident that many retailers, both big and small, were unaware of the diverse range of tech available, and its many practical applications.
In the aftermath of the HackGames, we sat down with several of these providers to speak about their solutions, realistic use case scenarios, and how retailers can approach an investment of this nature.
We have already interviewed and auto-transcribed the conversations. Now, we need a ghostwriter to edit the auto-transcriptions and format the blogs with an intro and conclusion.
