I have a 100+ page word document (with some graphics) that I'd like to convert to an e-book that can be easily downloaded from the web. Document already has table of contents, and chapters clearly identified.

The finished product MUST have a nice, professional look, that people (once they download) can follow easily. I would like the person I work with to have some creative influence in the creation, however, I'd also like to add several pictures on my own.

I'll have several other projects coming for the right person.
