**PROJECT OVERVIEW** We are building **HomeProsFinder**, a LEAD GENERATION platform that connects homeowners with professional contractors. IMPORTANT: • This is a **real business**, not a demo project • This is NOT a marketplace (no contractor accounts) • All leads go to admin only • Contractors are contacted offline ________________________________________ MAIN OBJECTIVE Finish a high-converting, scalable lead generation system that: • Generates quality leads (form + calls) • Inspires trust immediately • Works perfectly on mobile (priority) • Is SEO-ready • Is structured for future AI integrations ________________________________________ CURRENT PROJECT STATUS The project is already partially built using WordPress + Elementor. You will NOT start from scratch. Current state: • Homepage structure exists • Step 1 → Step 2 flow exists (incomplete) • Google Places Autocomplete integrated • UI partially designed However: - UX is not optimized - Form logic is weak - Data handling is incomplete - Full content must be completed by dev (English and Spanish) - Lead generation system is NOT finished The developer must review the current implementation and continue from the existing structure, not rebuild the project from scratch unless clearly justified. ________________________________________ CORE PRINCIPLE (VERY IMPORTANT) This project MUST follow this structure: - Elementor controls how it looks (UI) - Technical implementation controls how it works (logic & data) This separation is mandatory. Solutions that rely entirely on Elementor Forms will not be accepted. ________________________________________ YOUR ROLE You are NOT just finishing tasks. You must: • Audit the current website • Identify issues and limitations • Improve UX and visual structure • Fix and/or rebuild form logic where needed • Complete the lead system properly • Ensure clean data structure • Prepare the system for scalability You must think like a lead generation + UX + technical specialist ________________________________________ FULL SCOPE (READ CAREFULLY) 1. CORE FUNNEL (CRITICAL) Step 1 (Homepage) • Service selection • ZIP Code (5 digits only) • Clean validation (no red block errors) • Smooth transition to Step 2 • No incorrect messages ________________________________________ Step 2 (MAIN LEAD FORM) Must include: Personal Info • First Name / Last Name • Phone (auto-format) • Email Location • Address (Google Places Autocomplete) • Auto-fill City / State / ZIP • ZIP must be validated from address Service Section • Service dropdown • Dynamic text based on service Photo Upload • Multiple images (min. 5) • Optional • Admin configurable Budget Field (NEW) • Predefined ranges Schedule • Clean UI (NOT basic Elementor) • Simple UX (morning / afternoon / etc.) Terms & Consent • Required checkbox Submission • Clean success state • No broken behaviors ________________________________________ 2. FORM LOGIC (CRITICAL) You must ensure: • Proper data flow • Clean validation • Error handling UX • Reliable submission behavior • No inconsistent data ________________________________________ 3. DATA STRUCTURE (MANDATORY) We need a real internal data system, not a basic form output. Must include: • Structured database (WordPress or custom) • Ability to: o search o filter o view leads easily • Fast access from admin panel Additionally, the system should allow basic data insights and analysis, such as: • identifying repeat customers • understanding which services are requested most • reviewing lead activity over time • analyzing data in a clear and practical way The developer is encouraged to suggest simple and effective ways to improve how we view and understand lead data. NOT Google Sheets NOT email-only system Data must be structured in a way that allows future integration with automation, AI systems, and potential CRM functionality. ________________________________________ 4. NOTIFICATIONS • Email with full structured lead data • Include uploaded images • Clean format (forward-ready) • Prepared for future SMS integration ________________________________________ 5. ADMIN PANEL Admin must be able to: • View all leads • Filter by date/service • Export data (CSV) • Manage content • Adjust key form elements • Access from mobile and desktop • Enable/disable key form sections (such as photo upload, scheduling, and optional fields) directly from the admin panel, without affecting layout or design consistency Admin interface must remain simple, fast, and practical for daily use (not overly complex). ________________________________________ 6. HOMEPAGE (CONVERSION FOCUSED) Must include: • Strong hero message • Visible CTAs • Service overview • Trust elements • “How it Works” section ________________________________________ 7. SERVICE PAGES • SEO-friendly structure • Clear descriptions/content • CTA to form • Organized by service ________________________________________ 8. SPANISH PAGE (IMPORTANT) We need a dedicated Spanish page inside the website, not just translation. Requirements: • Clear summary of services • Strong visual clarity • Direct form access • No need to navigate elsewhere • Conversion-focused The Spanish page must be designed as a standalone conversion page, not just a translated version. ________________________________________ 9. CONTENT (MANDATORY) Developer must provide: • Initial full website content (English + Spanish) • SEO-friendly structure and keyword-integrated content • Conversion-focused messaging • Microcopy (CTAs, form labels, instructions, etc.) Content must be written for the U.S. home-services market and aligned with lead generation goals. We may assist with revisions, adjustments, or refinements if needed, but the developer must deliver a complete and professional first version. ________________________________________ 10. SEO (MANDATORY) Must include: Technical SEO • Clean HTML structure • Fast performance (Core Web Vitals) • Optimized assets • Sitemap + [login to view URL] • Canonical tags • Image optimization (compression, lazy loading, responsive sizes) • Minified CSS/JS and optimized asset loading • Mobile-first performance optimization • Proper URL structure (SEO-friendly slugs) On-Page SEO • Titles + meta descriptions • Structured headings • Keyword integration • Internal linking • Image alt tags using relevant keywords • SEO-friendly content structure per service • Content optimized for local search intent (U.S. home services) Schema • LocalBusiness • Service • Organization • Website schema • Breadcrumb schema Local SEO •Location-based structure (service + city pages) • SEO-ready structure for targeting local areas • Clear service-area relevance signals Google Setup • Search Console • Google Analytics / GA4 integration • Sitemap submission-ready The website must be delivered fully indexable and ready for immediate search engine crawling. ________________________________________ 11. PERFORMANCE & MOBILE • Mobile-first design (primary focus due to user behavior, but desktop experience must be equally well-designed and fully optimized) • Fast loading • Smooth UX • Fully responsive • Fully functional on ALL devices (desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile) • Mobile experience must be visually attractive, easy to navigate, and optimized for quick form completion and calling ________________________________________ 12. FUTURE AI READINESS Must be built for: • AI intake systems • automation • scalable workflows ________________________________________ 13. OWNERSHIP (MANDATORY) We require full ownership: • Source code • Design • Backend • Database • Content No restrictions. ________________________________________ WHAT WE WILL NOT ACCEPT • Low-quality, template-driven work or generic designs with no customization or strategy • Over-reliance on Elementor-only solutions without proper logic or structure • Poor UX or non-conversion-focused design • Partial or incomplete deliveries • Slow or inconsistent communication • Unjustified scope changes or price increases after agreement At the same time, we are open to well-justified improvements or recommendations that enhance the project. Any major changes must be clearly explained, aligned, and approved before implementation. ________________________________________ BUDGET & SCOPE Budget is defined.
