DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERT

*Senior Digital Marketing & Performance Ads Specialist* (E-commerce / Fashion Industry) We are an international fashion brand operating across Australia and the Middle East, seeking a high-level Performance Marketing Specialist who focuses on revenue, scaling, and profitability — not vanity metrics. This role is for someone who understands customer psychology, acquisition funnels, and how to scale ad accounts profitably across multiple markets. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising & Scaling • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on: • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) • TikTok Ads • Google Ads (Search, Shopping & Display) • Scale profitable campaigns across multiple countries • Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, and copy Funnel & Performance Optimization • Build and optimize full funnels (awareness → retargeting → conversion → retention) • Improve ROAS and reduce CPA through data-driven decisions • Implement and manage pixel tracking, events, and analytics • Analyze attribution, customer journey, and funnel performance SEO & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) • Develop and execute complete SEO strategy (technical, on-page, keyword research, content direction, backlinks) • Optimize landing pages, offers, hooks, and creatives to increase conversion rates • Work closely with the design team to produce high-performing ad creatives Retention & Growth • Manage Email & SMS automation (Klaviyo or similar) • Oversee influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations • Contribute to creative strategy and direct-response ad scripting ⸻ Requirements • Proven experience managing $10K+ monthly ad spend (minimum) • Strong track record scaling e-commerce brands (fashion preferred) • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads Manager • Deep SEO expertise (technical, content, backlink strategy) • Strong analytical mindset — decisions based on data, not assumptions • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms • Ability to provide real case studies, dashboards, or performance proof ⸻ Highly Preferred • Experience in modest fashion / apparel marketing • Experience running international campaigns ⸻ How to Apply Please include: 1.
