Shopify CRO & Loyalty Subscription Program Expert for High-Revenue Anime Jewelry Brand We are looking for a data-driven Shopify CRO & Loyalty Program Expert to optimize our high-revenue anime jewelry brand. We need an expert who can systematically increase our conversion rates, build a sticky loyalty program, and successfully launch a premium subscription model. What you will do: - Build, launch, and optimize a highly engaging customer loyalty and VIP rewards program - Architect and manage a new jewelry subscription tier - Analyze user behavior and Shopify analytics to identify and fix conversion bottlenecks - Manage and oversee the loyalty program, optimising sign-up rates, churn, and LTV Must-have: - Experience developing & managing loyalty programs - Worked with other high-revenue ecom brands - Proven track record of improving LTV for successful Shopify e-commerce brands - Deep knowledge of implementing and managing Shopify loyalty and subscription apps ([login to view URL], Yotpo, LoyaltyLion etc.) - Hard-working & dedicated. Available at least 5 days/week This is a long-term role (6+ months), fully remote, 30+ hours per week.
