1- Experience creating professional presentations to external/sophisticated audiences based on client guidance
i. Have you been in a position where you’ve had to create slide decks for clients based on outlines?
ii. What steps did you take in making these materials and what were the results?
iii. What level of detail do you need in order to create content? Please provide examples
iv. Provide examples of work
v. What programs do you use – list of publication tools
vi. Are you familiar with conveying complex information into graphics?
vii. How do you estimate time to create deliverables?
2- Experience with creating written, long-form professional reports based on guidance from clients
i. What makes you an effective writer?
ii. Are you able to take a series of bullets and transform the bullets into coherent paragraphs?
iii. How long does it take you to draft 5000 word report?
iv. Identify clients you’ve worked with and provide examples of your work
v. Have you worked in the energy space, writing strategic documents?
vi. Who have you worked with?
vii. What process do you take to synthesize information?
viii. Do you use visuals to highlight key themes or points?
ix. What are the biggest challenges you face as a writer and how do you overcome them?
x. Are you comfortable working extra hours
xi. What’s the difference between active and passive voice
xii. What is text conditioning?
I need to know approximate cost per slide, assuming there are graphics and what the turn around time is.
The presentations would be in the Energy Sector so someone that works in that area would be appropriate.
