I need a true HubSpot power-user who can own the platform end to end while keeping me effortlessly ahead of schedule. Day to day, you will keep the CRM clean and current, segment contacts and leads, design dashboards that make pipeline health instantly clear, and build automated workflows that reduce manual work for the whole team. On the marketing side, you will plan, write, and send our newsletters, promotional blasts, and behaviour-triggered drip campaigns. I expect you to track every send inside HubSpot, compare performance in Google Analytics, and come back with data-driven suggestions for the next iteration. Strong written English is a must because every subject line and snippet represents our brand. Beyond the technical work, I rely on someone who can act as an executive assistant: flag upcoming deadlines, prepare quick recaps before I walk into meetings, and generally spot what I will need before I ask for it.
