We’re a growing B2B SaaS startup building an AI-powered conversational commerce platform (WhatsApp, Instagram, FB inbox, inventory-based AI replies, automations). Our team is technical and execution-focused, but we currently lack deep SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and structured GTM experience. We’re looking for a practical consultant who can both guide and execute, while working closely with our internal team so we can learn and take over after 30 days. This is not a long-term agency contract. This is a 30-day, high-impact consulting + execution engagement. What We Need Help With (Clear Split) 80% – SEO + AEO (Primary Focus) Organic SEO Keyword research tailored for B2B SaaS (low-to-mid competition) On-page SEO structure (pages, blogs, landing pages) Content planning for conversions (not just traffic) Technical SEO basics (site structure, indexing, performance suggestions) Paid SEO / Search Ads Guidance on Google Search Ads strategy (keywords, intent, structure) Budget-efficient setup (we are cost-conscious) Landing page alignment for conversions AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) Optimizing content for: Google AI Overviews Featured snippets Voice/search-based queries Structuring FAQs, comparison pages, and intent-based answers Schema & structured content guidance (no heavy dev work expected) 20% – GTM (Go-To-Market Support) ICP & persona validation (SMEs, D2C, retailers) Messaging clarity: “What problem we solve, for whom, and why us” SEO-led GTM strategy (how search supports acquisition) Funnel thinking: awareness → intent → signup/demo How You’ll Work With Us Work directly with our internal team (founder + execution team) Explain why things are done, not just what Share frameworks, templates, and repeatable processes Weekly review calls + async guidance Help us become independent by the end of 30 days What We’re NOT Looking For Generic SEO reports with no action Pure agencies with juniors doing the work Black-hat SEO or risky link-building “Trust me bro” strategies with no clarity Ideal Profile Proven experience in B2B SaaS SEO Clear understanding of search intent & conversions Has worked with early-stage or bootstrapped startups Can communicate clearly with non-SEO folks Comfortable mentoring a team Familiar with AEO / AI search trends (not theoretical, practical) Deliverables (30 Days) By the end of this engagement, we expect: Clear SEO + AEO strategy document Keyword & content roadmap On-page SEO improvements (hands-on) Paid search direction/setup guidance GTM messaging clarity from a search perspective A team that understands how to continue execution Budget & Duration Budget: INR 10,000 – 20,000 total Duration: 30 days Engagement Type: Consulting + Hands-on execution + knowledge transfer Please apply only if you’re comfortable with this budget and believe in building things the right way.
