Qualification:

Qualify leads through effective questioning and lead qualification criteria.

Determine if a lead is a good fit based on their needs, budget, and timeline.

Outreach:

Execute outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with leads.

Craft compelling and personalized messaging to capture the interest of prospects.

Lead Nurturing:

Build and maintain relationships with leads over time.

Provide valuable information and resources to educate and nurture leads.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.

Coordinate and confirm meeting details with prospects.

CRM Management:

Record lead information and activity in the CRM system (HubSpot).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records.

Reporting:

Generate and maintain reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Provide regular updates on lead progress to the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a sales development for an early stage startup

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to confidently and professionally engage with prospects via phone and email.

4. Strong listening and questioning skills to qualify leads effectively.

Goal-oriented and results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.

5. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.

6. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.

7. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
