Resource development – create concise, engaging materials (lesson slides, workbooks, online modules, guides) that students can access independently or through facilitators. 3. Implementation roadmap – map partnerships with schools, community centres, and potential employers; schedule pilot phases; suggest low-cost digital platforms for delivery. 4. Impact metrics – propose simple, trackable KPIs so we can prove the programme works and refine it over time.
