I run a very small business and I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day management of our Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and local Neighborhood presence so I can focus on operations. The single metric that matters most to me is qualified traffic flowing back to my website; every decision we make on these channels should support that goal. You’ll be planning, creating, and publishing a mix of product or service spotlights alongside carefully curated user-generated content. I need posts that feel authentic, respect each platform’s tone, and include clear calls-to-action that move people from scrolling to clicking through to the site. Deliverables I’ll be looking for: • Active community management: timely replies, comment moderation, and light engagement on relevant pages/groups • Monthly performance snapshot highlighting click-through rates, traffic generated, and next-step recommendations You’ll have creative latitude, but every post must serve the overarching objective of driving visitors to the website while reinforcing brand credibility across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Neighborhood.
