# Personal Brand Content Creator — Bangalore I’m looking for a creative **Content Creator / Videographer-Editor** to work closely with me and help me build my personal brand on Instagram. My content will revolve around **fitness, self-improvement, entrepreneurship, lifestyle and building my business in Bangalore** — including documenting the process of designing and building office spaces for clients. I’m looking for someone who can be around me regularly, capture things as they naturally happen, and turn those moments into engaging Instagram Reels. This isn't a traditional “sit down and film a video” role. I want someone who can **spot content in everyday life, understand my personality, suggest ideas and help turn my actual experiences into good content.** ## What You'll Be Doing * Shoot Instagram Reels and short-form videos regularly * Capture my fitness journey — gym, workouts, routines and lifestyle * Document my entrepreneurial journey and day-to-day business * Film the process of **building and designing office spaces for clients** * Capture office visits, site visits, client meetings, transformations and behind-the-scenes moments * Film talking-to-camera videos, POVs, B-roll and storytelling content * Capture natural, spontaneous moments rather than only staged content * Edit Reels with strong hooks, captions, music, pacing and transitions * Suggest content ideas based on what's happening in my life and what's trending * Help plan weekly content and maintain consistency * Organise and manage all video/content files * Occasionally travel locally with me for shoots — gyms, office sites, meetings, restaurants, activities, etc. ## The Kind of Content I Want to Create The goal is to make my content feel **real, aspirational and entertaining**, rather than overly polished or “influencer-like.” For example: **Fitness** * My workouts and fitness journey * What I eat / daily routines * Progress and challenges * Gym content and fitness-related experiences **Entrepreneurship** * Building and running my business * Lessons from working with clients * Behind the scenes of running a business * Wins, failures and things I'm learning **Office / Design / Business** * Building office spaces from scratch * Before & after transformations * Office design decisions * Site visits * Client projects * Behind the scenes of creating a workspace * “Come with me while I build this office” style content **Lifestyle** * My life in Bangalore * Restaurants, experiences, travel and activities * Morning/evening routines * Personal growth and self-improvement * The journey of building a new life and business ## What I'm Looking For You don't need to be a professional cinematographer. More important to me is that you: * **Understand Instagram and Reels** * Have a good eye for framing, lighting and angles * Know how to make content feel natural and engaging * Can shoot confidently on a phone * Are good at editing on **CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar** * Understand hooks, retention and storytelling * Have a strong sense of what's currently working on Instagram * Can proactively suggest ideas instead of waiting for instructions * Are reliable and consistent * Are comfortable being around me regularly and capturing real-life moments * Have a good eye for aesthetically pleasing content ## Equipment We will primarily be shooting on an **iPhone 17 Pro Max**, so you should be comfortable creating high-quality content using a smartphone.
