Patio Roof Replacement with Steel Beam

I need to replace my current patio roof in the backyard along with all underlying columns. The new design will involve a steel beam extending approximately 45 feet, anchored by the house on one side and supported by one CBS construction column on the other side. The new patio roof should be made of wood. Additionally, I'm looking to integrate the following features into the patio roof design: - Ceiling fans - Lighting fixtures - Skylights Ideal skills and experience: - Structural engineering knowledge - Experience with steel and wood construction - Proficiency in installing integrated ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, and skylights - Familiarity with CBS construction materials and techniques
