Scope • Focus exclusively on the living areas—no work is needed in the kitchen or bathrooms. • Assess the current structure, identify any issues that could affect the remodel, and propose practical solutions. • Supply and install all necessary materials, fixtures, and finishes once we agree on the final selection. • Manage all on-site activities, including demolition (where required), structural adjustments, electrical re-routing, plastering, painting, and final cleanup.
