I run a growing property maintenance and construction services business and I’m looking for a reliable freelancer who can assist with day to day operational tasks as the workload increases. The role will mainly involve supporting me with incoming leads, client communication, quotations and general project administration. Key responsibilities may include: • Following up with incoming leads and speaking with potential clients • Assisting with preparation of quotations based on information and site photos provided • Preparing invoices and maintaining simple job records • Document control and organisation of project files (quotes, photos, reports etc.) • Client communication and scheduling of site inspections • Occasional cold calling or follow ups with potential clients • Assisting with subcontractor coordination where required From time to time I may also require someone to attend site inspections, take photos/videos of the site conditions and prepare a short summary report that can be shared with the client. The ideal person will be: • Well organised and reliable • Comfortable speaking with clients professionally • Familiar with construction or property maintenance projects • Able to write clear quotations and simple reports • Comfortable working with tools such as Google Drive, Excel and basic quoting/invoicing software This role will start on a freelance basis and can grow into regular ongoing work as the business continues to expand.
