I’m looking for a senior construction professional who can step in immediately and run a mixed portfolio of residential, commercial and institutional sites from first excavation through final hand-over. Each job sits north of the ₹50 Cr mark, and a blend of greenfield and brownfield challenges means the role calls for someone who has already steered large, live campuses without disrupting ongoing operations. You will carry full responsibility for planning, scheduling, cost control, billing certification, vendor coordination and client liaison. That includes preparing the master programme, issuing daily instructions on-site, locking in subcontractor rates, tracking cash flow through DPR and MIS updates, and making sure every stakeholder sees one clear view of progress.
