I need an on-site professional who can take full charge of day-to-day supervision on an infrastructure project. Your main job is to make sure every activity happening on the ground matches the approved drawings and specifications while keeping the work moving smoothly. You will oversee material supply, direct the labour crew, and coordinate subcontractor activities so that work never stalls. Part of your routine will be to forecast material quantities in advance, check actual stock on site, and arrange timely deliveries. Alongside that, I expect you to maintain strict quality and safety standards and keep the overall timeline on track. Accurate measurement is essential for progress billing, so you should be comfortable taking field measurements, preparing running bills, and submitting them for approval without delay. Deliverables I will look for: • Daily supervision log highlighting material status, labour deployment, and subcontractor progress • Weekly measurement sheets tied to drawing references • Interim bills prepared in the prescribed format with supporting measurements • Immediate reporting of any quality or safety deviations and the corrective action taken If you have solid site experience on infrastructure jobs and can manage everything hands-on, let’s talk.
