Here’s what I expect from the engagement:
 • Structural analysis and member sizing that respect current IS codes (or your preferred equivalent) for both the RCC portions and the steel PEB frame. • Foundation details, connection designs, column and beam schedules, and roofing specifications suited to an office environment within an industrial estate.
 • GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and clear erection drawings delivered in editable CAD (DWG) and PDF. • A concise calculation report summarising load assumptions, design methodology, and safety factors. I already have the functional requirements and basic site data; what I need now is your engineering expertise to translate them into stamped, construction-ready documents. If you’ve previously delivered PEB or hybrid industrial office projects and can work efficiently with tools such as STAAD, Tekla, Robot, or ETABS, I’d be keen to review a sample of your past work along with your proposed timeline for this assignment.
